29.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Bochaha P.S. Case No. 155 of 2013 registered under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Smt. Diviya Vashishtha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur (or its successor). Considering that the Petitioner was arrested with the looted truck, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, and the Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
