2. This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.02.2017 passed by learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No. 47 of 2014, arising out of Economic Offences (Aarthic Apradh) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2014.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the objections in the Trial Court at appropriate stage.

4. Learned counsel for the Vigilance has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
