====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2021 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31349 of 2019 for extension of period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31349 of 2019, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period due to Corona pandemic and lockdown.

In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12116 of 2021(2) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

This modification application is accordingly, allowed and order dated 14.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31349 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
