2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) no. 2432 of 2025 by which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court and he was directed to surrender within four weeks from the date of the order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the petitioners stays in Gujrat for his livelihood and he
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4533 of 2026(2) dt.12-02-2026 2/2 was not aware about furnishing of bail bonds, he could not furnish the bail bonds in time.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is allowed.
5. The time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below for furnishing the bail bonds vide order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) no. 2432 of 2025, is hereby extended by four weeks from today.
6. Accordingly, the order dated 25.11.2025 passed in Cr. Appeal ( SJ) no. 2432 of 2025 is modified to the above extent.
