2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 74, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of assaulting the victim causing injuries to him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are having some dispute and because of the same, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the allegation against the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya Ji, Gaya/concerned Court below in connection with Nimchak Bathani P.S. Case No. 205 of 2025.
