====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 20-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against petitioner No. 1 that he assaulted with iron rod on the leg of the informant whereas the accusation against the petitioner No. 2 is that he assaulted along with other accused persons to the informant. It is specifically alleged that co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13987 of 2021(3) dt.20-06-2022 2/3 Chhotu Kumar assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant as a result of which, he sustained head injuries and fell on the ground.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the alleged occurrence of 30.08.2020, the F.I.R was registered on 02.09.2020. The petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the leg of the informant by iron rod which is not vital part. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner No. 2. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
