Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468,and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner had earlier moved this Court for regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27722 of 2021 which was rejected on 21.09.2021.

Allegation against petitioner is of misappropriation and defalcation of huge government money.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent is in custody since 03.02.2021.
