JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.6.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 504,506 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner was caught with stolen Passion motorcycle by the public and he was handed over to the police.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been framed in this case. Considering the period in custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Siwan in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5100 of 2015 (3) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 with Siswan P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner in case the petitioner gets involved in serious offence or defaults without any reasonable cause on two consecutive occasions.
