District Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in Title Appeal No. 64/14/725/16 under which the court below vide order dated 24.11.2018 directed to maintain status quo later on same learned Judge vide his order dated 14.12.2018 on instance of appellant recalled the order dated 24.11.2018.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.168 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 64/14/725/16 pending in the court of learned 6th Addl. District Judge, Motihari, till the disposal of present writ application."
