The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 And other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons took her husband for treatment but her husband did not return. The informant suspected that petitioner and other accused persons might have killed her husband.

It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. The dead body of the husband of the informant is yet to be recovered. Except the suspicion there is no evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4864 of 2015 (3) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that except the suspicion, there is no evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in killing the husband of the informant, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Pirpaiti P.S Case No. 110 of 2014.
