The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 186, 353, 307, 411, 412, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge in connection with Salaiya P.S. Case No. 47 of 2021 on his furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4334 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad.
