The petitioners seek bail in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. and section 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act. The informant alleged that while his daughter Laxmi Kumari was cleaning his door his villagers Bijay Bin and Babunand Yadav caught her with bad intention. It is further alleged that all the accused persons after some time came and assaulted the informant with bricks and lathi. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the informant got three injuries out of which two simple in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3997 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 nature and one injury found on the palm was opined to be grievous. Petitioners are in jail since 04.12.2014, 08.12.2014, 22.12.2014 and 03.12.2014 respectively.

Having considered the fact that there is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioners and one injury that too found on the palm was opined to be grievous, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri B.K. Rai, J.M. Ist Class, Bagaha , West Champaran in Laukariya P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014.
