According to prosecution case itself, the petitioner handed over Rs. 2 lacs to petitioner on 17.02.2014, but the present F.I.R was lodged on 01.11.2014. Moreover, the submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any concerned with the Bank and this false case has been brought on account of enmity.

Considering the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner is in jail custody since 02.11.2014 and investigation of this case has already been completed, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East
