The petitioner seeks bail in Aurai P.S. Case No. 217 of 2014 registered under section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case the petitioner and one Anirudh Kumar Rai were apprehended. From the possession of Anirudh Kumar Rai one country made loaded pistol was recovered. Anirudh Kumar Rai disclosed that he and petitioner purchased the same from Nandan Jha. Considering the fact that no firearm was recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of Aniirudh Kumar Rai. the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged
