====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.07.2018 in a case for the offence registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 448, 504, 120(B) of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that four persons including the petitioner allegedly caused single firearm injury at the shoulder of the informant for the reason that son of the informant had kidnapped the daughter of co-accused Chandra Shekhar Prasad Singh.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13242 of 2019(4) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioner. Other co-accused has been granted bail by another Co-ordinate Bench of the Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 20308 of 2019 order dated 02.04.2019.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 556 of 2018, arising out of Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 155 of 2018.
