2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that both the parties have compromised the matter and a copy of joint compromise petition has been brought on record by way of filing supplementary affidavit, therefore, the present case may be disposed of on the basis of compromise.

3. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the parties have executed and registered Exchange Deeds dated

Patna High Court C. REV. No.9 of 2025(13) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 23.02.2026, whereby the mutual rights in land and flats have been transferred and possession has been regularized as per the schedules mentioned therein.

4. The compromise petition has been duly signed by both the parties.

5. In view of the submission of learned for the parties and considering the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner, the present case stands disposed of on the basis of compromise taken place between the parties.
