The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-b) A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 30 live cartridges .765 bore were recovered. It appears that the petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2014 that is for seven months. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Praveen Kumar Singh,J.M. Ist Class, Patna in Jakkanpur P.S.Case no. 232 of 2014.
