The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Bihar Examination Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he impersonated Roshan Kumar bearing Roll No. 1430529794 and tried to appear at the examination in place of Roshan Kumar Bhagat but petitioner was not allowed to appear at the examination.

Considering the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail
