The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 17.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 498A/406/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand and driven out the informant from the matrimonial house. It is specifically alleged that petitioner was not allowing the informant to live in the matrimonial house. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant but accusation of torture has been levelled immediately after the marriage. The investigation has already concluded.

No.8950 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No.27/2015.
