2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 45 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 28.01.2023, the informant along with his father went for marketing and while they were returning, due to earlier land dispute, the accused persons surrounded them and started abusing. When the informant objected, co-accused persons assaulted him on his head by means of daab. The accused persons also assaulted informant's grandfather with lathi, danda, etc.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Madhaurah P.S.
