2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner and others accused persons is that they have killed the deceased who was wife of Subhash Kumar, son of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 5.4.2023.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the father-in-law and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He also submits that the main accused is Subhash Kumar, who is in custody.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge, if the charge is already not framed on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Ms. Kritika Dwivedi, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023.
