The petitioner seeks regular bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for robbing of his money Rs. 34,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was remanded in this case from Bochahan P.S. Case No. 162/2014. The police obtained the confessional statement of the petitioner but never put him on T.I.P. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is in jail since 30.08.2014 but no incriminating article was recovered nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I.P. as yet, the above named
