The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Motiur Rahman and after that petitioner was arrested from his house and one motorcycle was seized but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid motorcycle belongs to the petitioner and except the above stated confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
