Mr.Anil Prasad Singh(App210) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai PS case no. 676 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having fired on the informant resulting in the informant having sustained firearm injury on his thigh.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of previous enmity, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the firearm injury sustained by the petitioner is said to be simple in nature, as is apparent from the injury report which is annexed as Annexure-2

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3161 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 to the present petition, hence the petitioner be granted regular bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 26.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai PS case no. 676 of 2018.
