Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and he has been made a victim of false implication. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on
