Mr.Ram Naresh Ray, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Salaiya No.35 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 386 and 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act; and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a Naxalite and he has twelves criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application is accordingly dismissed.

The District & Sessions Judge, Gaya is directed to get trial of the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of this petition concluded within a year. He is also directed to transfer all the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4106 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 cases in one Court. If the cases are triable by the Court of Session, Public Prosecutor Gaya will cooperate in conclusion of trial of all these cases. If required, Special Public Prosecutor will be appointed by the Law Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna.
