The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 748 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 366(A), 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father of the boy who joined wedlock with the victim girl. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the parties have entered into a compromise. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner,
