Petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that two miscreants robbed Rs.2,000/- from the informant.

The petitioner was apprehended on spot on chase.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was apprehended on suspicion as no recovery was made from the possession of the petitioner. Though the co-accused Faiyad Ahmed managed to flee away. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4254 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2014.
