2. The office has raised objections insofar as filing of the present MJC application. The petitioner has not complied the office objections. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the respondent - Bank submitted that the account has been closed on 22.02.2023 after realizing the amount, therefore, nothing remains in the present MJC application.

3. Accordingly, present MJC does not survive for consideration.
