One co-accused Pankaj Kumar Kapar was arrested and counterfeit notes were recovered from his conscious possession and he disclosed that this petitioner used to supply counterfeit notes to him. After that petitioner was remanded in this case from another case. Admittedly, nothing was recovered either from conscious possession of the petitioner or from his house and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Tajpur P.S. Case no. 347/2014.
