Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 393, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer is rejected.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of by the court below on the same day without being prejudiced by the rejection of his anticipatory bail by this Court.
