JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Mayank Mohan Shukla was found missing and in course of his search, it came to light that petitioner, one Arbind Mishra, who happens to be father of the petitioner, and some others had gone to the office of the victim in his search in the evening of 27.4.2014 and on the basis of the aforesaid information, the petitioner and Arbind Mishra as well as some others were made accused in the present case . In course of investigation, it came to light that victim had sweet relation with the sister of the petitioner which caused annoyance to the petitioner and others but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, coaccused Arbind Mishra @ Arbind Kumar Mishra has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7581 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 granted bail by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44472 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge, VI th Bhagalpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 671 of 2015/ Trial no. 780 of 2015 arising out of Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 241 of 2014.
