JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-01-2024 At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the opposite parties seeks to file a show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, which is taken on record.

It it submitted by the Ld. Sr. Counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 05.02.2018 passed in CWJC No. 23859 of 2013, has stood modified by the learned Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 23.01.2023 passed

Patna High Court MJC No.3800 of 2018(3) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 in LPA No. 784 of 2018 (arising out of CWJC No. 23859 of 2013).

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies as are otherwise available under the law for enforcement of the aforesaid judgment dated 23.01.2023 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court. 4.

It goes without saying that the petitioner is not debarred from availing such remedies as are otherwise permissible and available to him under the law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
