2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 29.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C No. 12879 of 2024, an order has been passed by the opposite party no.2 as contained in Letter No. 6058 dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure-E). But, the said order is basically a cryptic order by which the petitioner has already suffered.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the opposite party no.2 has complied with the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in C.W.J.C No. 12879 of 2024.

4. In this view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is hereby dropped and the present M.J.C petition stands dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said Letter No. 6058 dated 20.11.2025 (Annexure-E) in accordance with law, before the appropriate forum.
