2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 74/2025, registered for offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 64(1), 308(3), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he committed rape with the informant.

4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has supported prosecution version. During investigation, number of witnesses have also supported the prosecution case.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and statement

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4038 of 2026(5) dt.23-07-2026 2/2 under Section 183 B.N.S.S. of the victim, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
