Altogether six persons, including the petitioner are named in the first information report and there is general allegation of firing against all the accused persons though only three injuries have been found on the person of the deceased. So far as the petitioner is concerned; after due investigation, police found the case untrue in respect of the petitioner and accordingly, the petitioner was not sent up for trial but the lower court took cognizance of the offence against the petitioner also. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
