1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the Official Respondents i.e. Bihar State Housing Board to allot the adjacent Plot to Low Income Group Plot No. 1L/35, situated at Bahadurpur, Patna on cost/value of Bihar State Housing Board, which is pending since 1989, and to quash the order of Eviction Appeal No. 14/1993
Patna High Court CWJC No.3038 of 2022(3) dt.22-10-2024 2/2 passed on 28.12.1999 (Memo No. 339 dated 14.03.2000) and order dated 23.08.1988 passed in Eviction Case No. 2/1986."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not seek to press the present writ petition, however, submits that he may be granted liberty to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, submits that the present writ petition itself is not maintainable, however, in case this Court is granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances by taking recourse to such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, he may be debarred from approaching this Court again.
4. Having regard to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on behalf of the petitioner, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition as not pressed, however, it goes without saying that in case any remedy is available under the law for redressal of ones grouse, no liberty is required to be accorded.
