Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the cause title of order dated 28.03.2019, before the name of Kantlal Rai, the word 'son of' has not been typed and also P.S. Rampur has wrongly been typed.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct.

In view of the above, in the cause title of the order dated 28.03.2019, let the word ' son of' be read in between Dinesh Kumar and Kantlal Rai and also 'P.S.-Rampur' be deemed to be deleted.

The order is modified to the aforementioned extent
