The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 394/411, 395/412 of the Indian penal Code.
It is submitted that the name of the petitioner has appeared on the statement of the co-accused Laddu Gopal, from whose possession stolen motorcycle has been recovered but nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and no Test Identification parade has been made. Laddu Gopal has been granted bail vide order dated 09.01.2015 passed in cr. Misc. No. 794 of 2015.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4835 of 2015 (2) dt.05-02-2015 2/2 petitioner, Laxman Sahni shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub- divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupari at Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No. 195/2014 with following conditions :- I) One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.
II) The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.
III) The petitioner will be well represented in the Court.
IV) In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
