In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 364, 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the victim was found in between the petitioner and other persons in a motor cycle, he became traceless and later on, he was found dead. Paragraphs 8 and 9 of the case diary suggest that the petitioner was seen with the victim. The confessional statements of other accused persons are indicating involvement of the petitioner in the aforesaid incident.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8272 of 2016 (3) dt.21-04-2016 2/2 In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
