Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the past, prayer for bail was refused on 28.08.2020 vide order at Annexure-1 with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer after completion of one year of custody. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2020. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused.

The report of the trial Judge would reveal that the prosecution evidence has recently started.

Considering the nature of material and undertaking of

No.14467 of 2021(3) dt.21-09-2021 2/2 the petitioner to cooperate with the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 1052 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
