JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 20-02-2020 The petitioner is the widow of the loanee and has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent bank to consider her request for an extended period for returning the loan amount.

Mr. Prabhakar Jha, learned advocate for the respondent bank submits that if a suitable representation would be filed by the petitioner, disclosing the time limit within which the loan shall be repaid by her, it would be considered by the bank in correct perspective and the petitioner shall be made known the decision of the bank.

The petitioner shall file such representation within a period of two weeks from today.
