For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Santosh Chandra Bhaskar For the Respondent/s : Mr. Raj Ballabh Pd. Yadav, AAG-11 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-05-2017 This matter has been listed out of turn on the basis of mentioning slip filed on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the parties.
The petitioner has sought relief for issuance of direction to the concerned authorities to make payment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.3999 of 2017 (2) dt.10-05-2017 2/2 compensation for the land acquired for the purpose of constructing approach road to a bridge on Sone river according to the respective share of the petitioner and respondents no. 9 to 16 and in alternative to hold payment of compensation amount till disposal of Partition Suit No. 292 of 2016 pending in the court of Sub Judge-1st, Aurangabad.
In my view, petitioner should raise his grievance before the competent authorities and this court does not feel it proper to issue any direction to the concerned authorities. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.
