Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act.
Neither petitioner was caught at the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession but in course of investigation, it came to light that seized vehicle belonged to the petitioner.
The stand of the petitioner is that much prior to the alleged occurrence he had already sold the seized vehicle to one Mala Devi though the ownership of the aforesaid vehicle could not

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also keeping in mind that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Mufassil P.S.
