The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 393, 120-B, 411, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Satyendra Rai @ Bhulan Rai, who was caught on the spot and the said Satyendra Rai has already been granted the privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Santosh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.
