The petitioner is languishing in custody since 5.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

210 liters of illicit liquor and 25 kg. poly-film were recovered from Sentro car.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated for the first time in a case under Excise Act.

Considering the quantity of recovery and the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
