JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she stated that she was taken away by the petitioner but petitioner did no wrong with her. The victim was found 17 years by the learned Magistrate, who recorded her statement and similarly, the Medical Board found her between 17-18 years.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Vinod Kumar, 1st Additional Sessions Judge,
