JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). That the respondent authorities may be directed to remove encroachment from public lake situated at village of the petitioner.

(ii). The respondent authorities may be directed to remove encroachment over Aahar (Irrigation channel) through which water from lake, reaches to agricultural land for irrigation.

(iii) That the respondent authorities may be directed to renovate the lake in its original shape and also widen and deepen its Aahar's (irrigation

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Kaler Block, DistrictArwal for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
