JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases but in the present case, the alleged recovery has not been made from conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same was made from the house of Hareram Sah, who happens to be full brother of the petitioner and one witness claimed to have seen the petitioner throwing something in the house of aforesaid Hareram Sah.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
