JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 07-02-2025 This writ petition has been filed for quashing the voter list of Bhoptapur Primary Agricultural Credit Society in the district of Gopalganj as the allegation is that the names of eight members from Serial No. 2019 to 2026 of 2019 voter list have been deleted and the names of ninety-nine members have been added, which ought not to have been done.

2. This petition does not appear to be maintainable for the reason that the issue raised in the present writ petition does not reflect any public interest; rather the same is limited to the persons whose names were not there in the voter list, who alone could be the aggrieved persons and who should have appeared.
3. That apart, the other persons whose names were wrongly listed according to the petitioner were also required to be impleaded.
4. This petition is absolutely misconceived.
5. The writ petition is dismissed.
